Michael finds abandoned building projects to be mysterious. They have a sadness, possessing an eerie quality as if time itself had ground to a freeze. Incomplete structure, stillborn, empty and desolate, a life unfulfilled, provoking uncertain thoughts of what they might have contained. These images are the result of allowing his imagination to flow. A virtualisation of an imagined reality, deconstructed, where nothing could change.
For his panel, "Deconstructing Reality", Michael was enrolled as an Associate of The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain (ARPS).
